Hello and welcome to my blog! I am a mid-west, midlife, mom of 4 kids; 2 of which are on their own, 1 is apartment hunting as we speak, and the “baby” is a very active teenager! I recently left my full time legal career in the big city in order to take advantage of being home more with my family. While this has been an incredible opportunity and I am so thankful; the adjustment of leaving the workforce full time has been…interesting. Follow me as I journey through midlife (dare I add the word “crisis” after that?), question EVERYTHING, experience new things, and just find the joy in everyday life.
